One of the main issues is the development of the structure and its hardware product design and machine product design. Things should not be an end in themselves, because the external panels, structural parts and main control components suggest the overall principle of operation of the product. In these products, it is very important to build synchrony between hardware and software, because they manage and control the device or machine. For this purpose, all this must be logically positioned on the product, in the form of control zones and specific control components – consoles, button controllers, displays, grips, motion sensors and more. In this case we are talking about careful development of information ergonomics, which must have a certain logic and arrangement of the various control zones and control components. All this should answer certain questions – how exactly this product works, how it is managed, what is its sequence of functions, etc.

The “Game Cockpit” project is a development with potential for a final product. The extremely useful base of another project will be used, which will contribute to its smooth transition from design, through development and reaching test models and basic prototype. This project has the potential to reach a pre-production prototype, which will increase the chances of reaching the final product. The project “Hardware Device with stand” will focus on intensive development, whose main goal is the final product. This is a project with an already completed process and a significant basis, which gives indications that a real product can be obtained. Re-passing the design stages is in order to improve and optimize. It will go through test models, main prototypes, reaching pre-production prototypes. The development is oriented towards the construction of a product line. The next project is a product with a well-known application on the market – “Tablets”. It is also a development with priority for the final product. There is a well-developed conceptual basis and selected solutions for further development, with specified application and product types. They are to be developed in the form of 3D CAD models. The developments are planned to pass through test models, basic prototypes, reaching pre-production prototypes. The planned end product is focused on different areas – “type of replaceable panels”, with the relevant hardware and its application. The development “Panel – Reader for Blind People” is an upgrade based on a project that has reached a specific level of development. The goal is to achieve the production of at least two detailed basic prototypes. It is not yet clear whether this will lead to a working demonstration prototype. At this stage, the only goal is to optimize the development in a specific direction for presentation. The project at this stage does not have priority to reach the final product. Due to various specifics and excessive scale – such as the cost of completing the development, as well as the estimated final price of the product. Another project that is part of the presentation of the brand “Fulmech Design” is the project “Automated Machine”. It is a continuation of a solid foundation as a development. The possibility of reaching a main prototype is not small, but it is necessary to go through an additional redesign and finalization of the development. There is also a possibility for this project to reach not only a main prototype, but also a functioning pre-production prototype. To achieve this goal, it is necessary for the development to go through other processes that will help to upgrade and reach the final product. The potential of this development is not small, and the areas of application have interesting possibilities. The project “Lathe CNC Machines” is a base with already developed several conceptual variants, in the form of product sketches. They will be used as a basis for building final 3D models of products in mechanical engineering. The design and finalization at the level of 3D concepts could create a prerequisite for partnership with machine-building and hardware companies, with the opportunity to build larger projects in the field of metalworking machines. The goal of the project at this stage is to achieve conceptual 3D CAD models suitable for presentation. And this project would create a good image and potential for the future development of the brand “Fulmech Design”. The realization of this project as products depends on many large-scale processes and opportunities for their development as real products. The development of “Mechanical Simulator for Dogs” is in an advanced stage of development – with a basic prototype. The prototype needs to be rebuilt. This is a development that has gone through all the design stages and the development of test models and a basic prototype. The aim is to re-test the development, to move to a pre-production prototype and to focus on the final product. The project has a real basis that will bring it closer to a real product available to customers with specific needs.

Project for “Game Cockpit”, which will continue its development and development, based on the already established experience in the project “Arcade electronic machine”. In this project, test models and prototypes of hardware panels, functional parts and details were designed and developed. During the development, a conceptual basis for the development of a new product was built. The idea behind the Game Cockpit is to have a separate seating area, tailored to the location of three monitors, as well as an area for a keyboard, mouse and other gaming accessories. For the purpose of the project, a separate seating area will be developed, in accordance with specific ergonomic characteristics. The product will be on a modular principle, which allows its assembly, disassembly and adjustment of the structure in specific areas. Finishing processes are forthcoming in “Stage: Conceptual Development” and Stage: “3D Modeling”. The project will gradually enter the next stages of the project process “Product Design and Development” (see the process): Stage: “Models and Prototypes” and Stage: “Adaptation of Manufacturing”.

The project “Hardware Device with Stand” is made up of a main hardware panel and a stand type “console”. The development is focused on product development with the aim of assembling combinations of hardware components with different functionalities – hardware modules, motion sensors, scanners, mobile repeaters and others. The basis is another project that has reached a certain stage of development – “Hardware Device”. The applications of this type of product are in different directions – placement of devices in public places such as squares, parks and recreation areas; in different types of buildings – commercial, business and residential buildings, warehouses and production workshops; separate enclosed spaces, depending on the goals and needs that the product must cover. The developments will have different variations of the main panel and the cantilever construction. In its front part the panel will have pronounced functional volumes, reliefs and areas for indicators, sensors, antennas, etc. The panel will have supports and structural elements in its inner part, according to the types of hardware components. At the back of the panel there will be an adapted periphery, which will be mounted on a base plate – directly connected to the stand of the console structure. The stand will be fixed vertically on a base plate that will hold the entire cantilever structure. It will be possible to adjust the overall height and level of the main panel. The project, shown in the form of Stage: “Conceptual Development”, is the basis for the development of “Hardware Device with Stand”. The tablet has a variety of applications in the modern world, making it one of the most commonly used mobile devices. Its most popular application is in the form of a reader or Internet access device. This makes it a preferred replacement for the personal computer and laptop. Compact, convenient and easy to use, the tablet manages to satisfy even the most demanding needs – of course after a mobile phone. It combines complex features – reading, taking photos and videos, talking, surfing the Internet and more. Several types of standardized sizes and formats make it frequently preferred – not only in everyday life, but also in the workplace. In addition to the standard panels, an adapter with a console is often developed, with the help of which the tablet is positioned on stands, devices and machines. Specific developments are aimed at tablets for control and monitoring of machines and automated devices, but options will also be developed in the direction – standard tablets for leisure. Due to the emerging trends and universal digitalization in all areas of our lives, this device will have more and more applications in the direction – tablets for remote control of CNC machines, control of various types of automated devices, tablets for design, etc. The structure of the design will develop, but at the same time will focus on individual details and functional areas – screen, control buttons, sensors, sound commands and more. The panels will be consistent with different ergonomic characteristics and the types of materials used to make them. Attention will be paid to the sensations when touching the surfaces of the panels, in view of favorable physiological sensations and psychological perceptions. The next stages of development (see the process) will be covered – Stage: “3D modeling”, after which we will gradually move to the development of test models and prototypes – in Stage: “Models and Prototypes”.

Project for development of a functional panel for the blind people, performing the function of a reader in Braille. The idea for this development comes from the Tablet for the Blind project. The stable basis of this project and the stage in which it is located will allow reaching the main prototype in the new development – “Panel – reader for the blind”. Final stages in the final visualization of the main design and production of a main prototype are forthcoming. These types of products contribute significantly to the access of the blind, a different type of digitized information – be it books, journals, articles, papers and more. The aim of the development is to build a functional panel, with separate areas for using the tablet – with the help of a tactile system. Using the Braille alphabet, the device is designed to display information on the surface of the tablet – the blind people will be able to read the contents. The panel also has a different type of buttons for additional settings, positioned on the front and along the periphery of the panel. Information will be accessed through several types of USB ports adapted in the panel of the device. The “Tablet for the Blind” project, used as a basis for the current development, is in an advanced stage – the forthcoming development of a basic prototype. Stage: “Conceptual Development” is finalizing, while in Stage: “3D Modeling”, refinement will be performed – final 3D visualization of the finished product. The next stages of the project process “Product Design & Development”‘ (see the process), will be gradually moved to – Stage: “Models and Prototypes” and Stage: “Adaptation of Manufacturing”. Development of an automated machine – complete structure and development of mechanical components. The idea will be developed on the basis of an already built project in this direction – “Digitization Machine”. The conceptual development of the basic project includes – complete development of product sketches, final 3D model, as well as a started process of assembly of structure and mechanical parts. The need to digitize information in different forms stimulates the creation of automated machines for different purposes. Devices used to digitize paper are useful for a smoother transition from paper to digital format. The purpose of such developments is to directly capture the content from paper and process it in a specific file format. The development of “Automated Machine” is in the direction of building a stationary device with which to process a wide range of paper media – books, archival documentation and more. The device will be built from several automated objects that will perform a certain algorithm of operations. The aim is to build a mechanical base on which to build hardware control in order to drive the device. The basic project “Digitization Machine” – covers the overall development of product sketches and 3D model of mechanical structure. The new development will go through additional product sketches, covering Stage: “Conceptual Development”. Improvements in the 3D model will follow in Stage: “3D Modeling”. Project for “CNC Lathe Machines”, the development of which includes the design of a complete structure and a new type of functional areas. The product concepts will be focused on the construction of machines with CNC control. The project will be based on the conceptual developments of another project – “Universal Lathe”. The design of the modern metalworking machine must be in the direction of hybrid solutions with software control, in which the hardware, automation and mechanical parts are inextricably linked. Modern metalworking machines are robotic structures that will lead this industry into a new era. Autonomous control without human intervention, in the main production operations and the supply of information to the machine. The development of these concepts will create a basis for the development of a specific type of lathe machines. The main metal parts are mandatory when performing certain production operations. Around this will be built a structure of external and functional panels of composite materials and various types of engineering plastics. Each area of the machines will be developed in the direction of adapting cantilever structures, information displays, sensors and functional components for remote control of the machine – via a tablet or directly from the R&D department in the factory. Mechanical structure that can be used for intensive training or movement of dogs – strengthening the musculoskeletal system, shaping the structure and improving the tone. It is suitable mainly for large dog breeds, with more pronounced body and endurance – Cane Corso, Alabay, Caucasian Shepherd, Dogo Argentino, German shepherd, Rottweiler, Pitbull, Dog, Mastiff dog breeds and others. The goal of the dog fitness equipment is to perform periodic workouts by circling around. It is desirable to start with gradual workloads until it is felt where the dog’s physical limit is, without overloading it from the beginning. The dog can walk without a guide until it picks up the owner’s habits. The mechanism is specified as types of parts, elements and way of assembly. The module from which the product is built consists of: aluminum construction profiles; metal plates; flange bearing; main axis – steel rod; fasteners and steel rod for fixing. The dog fitness equipment can be used only in the presence of space – the diameter of the structure reaches 5 meters when the structure is rotated. On one side the dog is attached and on the other side it is possible to place weights, at the discretion of the owner. The product can be fixed to soft soil through the steel rod for fixing, but it is also possible to attach the bolts to the pre-prepared cement foundations. The module can be disassembled and stored.
