Value-added investment always has long-term potential. In this case, opportunities are offered for acquiring shares and investing in Solo Form’s sub-brands – Fulmech Design, Boater Design, Rotactio Design and Vehimotus. All this is based on own projects, developments and final products in the respective sub-brands. As a separate option, a choice will also be offered to invest in a specific project or development, acquiring a percentage stake in view of the investment, excluding the acquisition of a share in the relevant sub-brand. Specific discussions about opportunities and options for equity participation, short-term and long-term expectations, as well as the size of the investment, will take place after joint analyses, market research and listening to the priorities, intentions and goals of both parties. The next step will be procedures covering the form of partnership on which the two parties will build their further cooperation – preparation of a legal form, partnership terms and shareholding size; specifying the participation and type of investment in project stages, processes for creating products and developing the respective brand; specifying the form of participation in the emergence and registration of intellectual property, resulting opportunities for granting license rights, selling projects or developments, etc.
