Investing in a brand and products: Rotactio Design

FIELD AND DIRECTIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT:

Development of city bicycles. Development of vehicle seats, various interior and exterior spaces, etc. Development of small-sized vehicles with internal combustion engine and electric drive. Compact vehicles (utility vehicles) for various activities – for a walk in the park or in nature; for delivery of mail and various types of utilities; in production workshops, warehouses and farms – for material transfer and waste disposal, etc.

PRESENTATION ON THE INTERNET:

For this purpose, three profiles have been created on social networks, in order to present “Rotactio Design” on the Internet. A website is to be developed – it will build the relevant concept for the presentation of the brand and its development in the future, as well as the goals in the respective product developments. The basis of a project is used from available conceptual solutions, which were designed and conceived in parallel for this type of development – a small-sized vehicle. The reason for starting this development is rooted in an already existing one, but already discontinued as a development “Vehicle for Disabled”. This is a development that served as a foundation, creating around it the conceptual base, with a clearly defined goal and direction of development. The current development will not have the vision, characteristics and limitations of a specialized vehicle for the disabled.

SUMMARY:

It is possible to add new developments to the presented projects, which are part of the portfolio of the Rotactio Design brand. The overall development of current and future developments will be strictly limited and no self-serving amount of new projects will be generated. Efforts will be focused on a small number of developments, but with previously and carefully analyzed characteristics to achieve a real product. They will be an integral part of the field and direction of brand development, which will further add value. Priority will be given to the development and achievement of final products, as well as additional products and accessories to the main ones. As mentioned – the construction of an individual website is forthcoming, which will present the projects, the identity of the brand, as well as its goals and potential for development. The addition of well-thought-out innovations and upgrades in the brand will be embedded in its long-term development strategy. Among the main priorities in product development will be their adaptation to the type of technologies and materials that can improve the quality and improve the product in its final form. Building long-term work with subcontractors and specialists in various fields, which will contribute to the quality of the final products, is also among the main priorities. The creation of real added value takes different forms, and one of them is intellectual property – a patent for an invention, utility model or industrial design. The developments provide for different types of procedures for the protection of intellectual property – the foundations have been laid in this direction. The innovative approach is part of the brand identity, but real and measurable with the relevant characteristics, and possible for application in the final products. If the “innovation” is not possible to adapt and implement in production, is not justified from a marketing point of view and is economically unprofitable, it will remain at the concept level. The improvement of marketing and the overall presentation of the brand and developments will be upgraded and adapted gradually, with a well thought out and planned strategy. The important priorities in the short and long term will be periodically analyzed, in view of what should be the necessary steps to improve organizational and production processes, marketing strategy, market realization, creating new partnerships with subcontractors and collaboration with specialists, steps to build product developments and more. Among the important priorities are the periodic analysis and segmentation of the market, end customers, market niches and focusing on specific product developments. There will also be such projects that will be of a purely image nature, presenting the brand in an appropriate way, contributing to its content and added value. At this stage, various stages in developments that are oriented to the final product are updated or finalized. Specific processes and stages will be launched, covering the phase in which the specific project is located – redesign, reengineering, development of test models and prototypes, adaptation of manufacturing, implementation in production, marketing, economic or organizational processes.
