MAIN BRAND
For Solo Form, diversification is a key component of building it as a brand, a consequence of the different stages of its development as such, and from there the definition of its priorities and goals. The formation of such potential is a long and gradual process of accumulation and selection of specific directions, with a number of opportunities and generation of high added value. Over the years, a solid foundation has been built, encompassing the creation of its own process and methodology for organizing product projects and their detailed development; experience has been gained on the basis of providing services – designing, development, consulting and production of custom-made products and items; participation in joint partnership projects and product developments. The first own products were created, taking into account the current level, experience and stage of development, realized in various forms on the market. A larger-scale strategy was built on this foundation, creating its own sub-brands with added projects and developments, with different goals, aimed at relevant market niches and target groups of customers. A long-term business strategy has been created, formed and refined, with consistent development, appropriate presentation, with flexible approaches and opportunities for market realization of the potential of the Solo Form brand and its sub-brands.
BUSINESS STRATEGY
The formation of the Solo Form brand is based on one main business strategy, divided into several sub-strategies, covering creation, upgrading and development, in certain time periods – based on two already completed strategies, a current one, which is in progress, and a future strategy, the implementation of which is yet to be completed. The main priorities are in several areas – product design, product development, product innovations, final products and intellectual property, aimed at generating it as an intangible asset, licensing and copyright, and the resulting possible sale of projects and developments. All this is based on an already created and upgraded over the years own project process “Product Design & Development”, applied and validated in real projects and developments, reaching through it specific and measurable final results.
Two of the priority directions of the Solo Form brand, built, shaped and consistently directed over the years – provision of services and participation in partnership projects and developments, – with the clear intention to serve as a basis for the future development of the third and most priority direction – own projects and developments. The creation of high added value in them is set as a requirement, which includes the generation of different types of intellectual property – registering trademarks, acquiring rights to industrial designs, utility models and inventions. At the same time, long-term partnerships and collaborations with companies and subcontractors in various fields – prototyping, production, marketing, etc. have been built over the years.
Own projects and developments are an integral part of Solo Form’s philosophy, laid as a foundation even in the concept of the brand. The creation of sub-brands is the logical continuation of this strategy, both in the short and long term. Thus, with the already created Boater Design, Fulmech Design, Rotactio Design, Vehimotus and Uniergo, including the partner brand HTEconomizer, priority is given to specific areas in which efforts will be directed in three main directions – final products, conceptual projects and image projects. Opportunities are provided for various forms of partnership, investment and acquisition of shares in sub-brands, as well as an option for equity participation in a specific project or development. Another possible direction is the purchase of projects, the acquisition of exclusive rights or the use of a partial license for already completed product developments.

Investing
Value-added investment always has long-term potential. In this case, opportunities are offered for acquiring shares and investing in Solo Form’s sub-brands – Fulmech Design, Boater Design, Rotactio Design and Vehimotus. All this is based on own projects, developments and final products in the respective sub-brands. As a separate option, a choice will also be offered to invest in a specific project or development, acquiring a percentage stake in view of the investment, excluding the acquisition of a share in the relevant sub-brand. Specific discussions about opportunities and options for equity participation, short-term and long-term expectations, as well as the size of the investment, will take place after joint analyses, market research and listening to the priorities, intentions and goals of both parties. The next step will be procedures covering the form of partnership on which the two parties will build their further cooperation – preparation of a legal form, partnership terms and shareholding size; specifying the participation and type of investment in project stages, processes for creating products and developing the respective brand; specifying the form of participation in the emergence and registration of intellectual property, resulting opportunities for granting license rights, selling projects or developments, etc.
The four sub-brands cover different directions of development and types of spheres. For more details, you can read the presentation of the sub-brands…
Projects and Developments for Sale
The sale of projects or product developments, even when the final product has been reached, is among the possible implementation options. It is not an action in itself, but a purposeful search for a certain value, with potential interest in the project/product development. The difference between granting license rights and selling the project or development is that in the first case the license can be granted once or repeatedly, under certain conditions, while in the sale a transaction is made for the transfer of everything that is part of the project or product development. This includes a complete set, in the form of a “package”, consisting of: project documentation; intellectual property – protected or in the process of protection; different types of scale models, components, prototypes, molds, tooling, etc. This type of sale transaction also applies to copyrights, built from project documentation, relating to product sketches, 3D files, specialized drawings, diagrams, descriptions, analyses, etc.
Purchasing a project or development is an opportunity to acquire an already built intangible asset with the potential for high added value. In addition to product developments in the final phase of progress, it is possible to offer for sale any project with the potential for further upgrading, and this is a prerequisite for transferring copyright – also a form of acquiring intellectual work. If serious interest is expressed, before negotiations for acquisition, each project and development is subject to discussion and analysis – main priorities and goals, opportunities for subsequent development, market potential, etc. Each market entity that has expressed interest and intentions to purchase can conduct its own analysis and study of the project or development, before concluding various types of agreements and contracts for the sale and transfer of rights, as well as the available intangible and tangible assets. The presentation of the projects and developments is in a synthesized form, in order to provide summarized information regarding: a general description of the idea, the goal, the problems solved and the direction taken for the development of the project or development; type of project documentation, on the basis of which copyrights have arisen, and possibly filed or already registered intellectual property; available mock-ups/scale models, test parts and prototypes; created marketing base – product identity, with potential for trademark registration or already registered, slogan, web address or available product website, etc. For more information and to start possible conversations, contact will be made only after an official inquiry is received. Final Products
The targeting of projects aimed at developing a product and offering it for direct sale to customers is among the priority directions in the long-term development strategy of the main Solo Form brand and its sub-brands – Boater Design, Fulmech Design, Rotactio Design and Vehimotus. The selection of the relevant product developments is carried out in very early stages, based on a thorough product analysis, accompanied by determining the market segment – the target group of potential customers to whom the relevant product will be offered. In each project oriented towards developing a final product for sale, the presence of characteristics and advantages necessary to create the potential for such a product, on behalf of the relevant sub-brand, is sought. There is also an option in which the developments that have already reached the processes of implementation and commercialization of the products, are directed to companies and investors, with the aim of cooperation or partnership in various fields of production, services and trade. Developments that have gone through the entire “Product Design & Development” process and its main stages: Stage 1: “Conceptual Development”, Stage 2: “3D Modeling”, Stage 3: “Models and Prototypes” and Stage 4: “Adaptation of Manufacturing”. The process is also combined with other processes, such as “Product Development” and “Implementation in Production”, participating in the structuring, transition and unification between them, with the help of the four stages – made up of five sub-stages. After completing the third stage – with the production of various test parts, details and the production of a main prototype, the fourth stage is passed. It includes the production of a pre-production prototype, which is a smooth transition to the “zero series” phase – an invariable part of the implementation and the choice of the type of production – limited series, small-series or large-series production. The final phase of the final product is the “Product Commercialization” process, consisting of marketing, market positioning, offering to the relevant target group of customers, etc.
Conceptual Projects
A project with an already built design foundation, based on the first three stages of the Product Design and Development process – Stage 1: “Conceptual Development”, Stage 2: “3D Modeling” and Stage 3: “Models and Prototypes”, in the form of scale models, various types of test parts and prototypes. These are projects primarily aimed at medium-value and high-value products, requiring a specific approach in the organization and completion of the stages of the “Product Development” process. When orienting such a type of project towards product development, it is necessary to follow all steps consistently and purposefully, with a specific plan for building the development, organization of the product phases and sequence in the stages, appropriate allocation and proper targeting of the available budget, as well as a specific selection of subcontractors or a possible team. Collaboration is an important element that leads development to a logical continuation towards processes such as “Production Implementation” and „Product Commercialization”.

License Rights
Licensing is among the priority directions for generating revenue, based on already built projects or product developments. A prerequisite for this is the registration of one or more types of intellectual property, according to the stage at which the project or development is: an invention or utility model, in view of the available potential; an industrial design, which can be registered, both at the project level and after the completion of product development; the trademark, which can also be leased as a “franchise”. Licensing rights are of two types – a non-exclusive license and an exclusive license. At the project level, this type of granting of rights may also include the provision of the copyrights generated by the designer, built during the project process. Copyrights include project documentation relating to product sketches, 3D files, specialized drawings, diagrams, descriptions, analyses, etc.
