The development of products for cars and motorcycles is a specific process. The products must meet basic requirements such as functionality and durability under different conditions. These are the main characteristics of the production process, when individual products for cars and motorcycles have to be made. Whether it is an additional detail or a complete set of details. The development of these products should always start with the first and main stage – product sketches. With their help the visual, structure and production characteristics are specified. Thus, the transition to the production of a basic model, then a mold and finally ends with a final product – it becomes step by step. The process is carried out sequentially, without skipping the main stages and sub-stages.

Development
The presented product developments are: fender flares for front fenders with the addition of a front bumper, for a rally car Peugeot; spoiler for rear boot lid for BMW; product sketches of automotive body details – front and rear bumpers; product sketches of front covers with adapted hood scoops; product sketches of the rear window spoilers – for the back hood; front panel for Peugeot scooter. For the formation of the main models a specialized material is used – industrial designer clay – with all its specifics of work and preparation as a technology for forming a basic model. Other auxiliary materials and details were used for the construction of the main models – polyurethane foam structures, standard plastics, wooden elements and more. Composite materials – fiberglass, fiberglass roving, polyester resin and gelcoat – were used for the production of the matrices and the finished products. In each development the approach was individual, in order to reach the final product, as well as to meet the specific requirements in it.
